Projects

Discovery

A more focused project, I tried to write and produce a Synthwave EP. Working almost exclusively with synthesizers instead of sampling was really cool. I think only the drums, the guitar in the last song, and some sound effects are sampled. Another first was that I worked together with Mahmoud Kattan at Mammoth Audio Engineering, who mixed and mastered my music. Check him out at his website.

The album, called Discovery, was released on November 1, 2020 on Bandcamp.

Enigma I

Starting in mid-2018 I decided to start working on an album containing some of my songs and ideas from the last few years. It will be a weird mix of atmospheric, electronic and orchestral songs, all done completely by myself (read, pretty amateurish). It’s something I always dreamed of but only now seriously committed to, made plans and set deadlines to force me to actually do some work.

The album, called Enigma I, was released on May 1, 2019 on Bandcamp.

Morrigu

I’ve been playing guitar in the band Morrigu since 2016. You can find us on Facebook or our website. There’s also our Metal Archives page as well as our Spotify artist page.

Our newest album (and the first I was a part of) has been released on 23.04.2021. Here is a trailer for it.

You can listen to the album on Spotify or order a physical CD at the store on our website.

Not A Number

I’m currently in the process of setting up a new band called Not A Number. The music is probably closest to some kind of Doom Metal, with some modern stuff thrown in. I don’t have any listening examples available right now.

Hate Within Me

I used to play in the band Hate Within Me before we called it quits. It was my first “real” metal band and playing with those guys taught me a lot. You can find our old stuff over at our inactive Facebook.

You can watch one of our earliest shows here:

That’s me, on the right there.

NeverRest

My first ever band was called NeverRest. My brother was in it as well. There is no music available from that band, and I only know of a single surviving picture. I’m quite happy to keep it that way. You know how first bands go. 😂
